Customization for your watch has more features than most, definitely could use more .. Notifications works nice. Haven’t touched anything below 87% of battery life took three days before I actually had to charge my watch. The App for the watch could have a little more features. Watch itself is perfect. Not to big or to heavy. Comes with a lot of faces and to can make your own which is nice. Has a lot of features that work great for fitness tracking as well as overall health. I would definitely buy again if ever anything was to happen to this one. Highly recommend this watch.

Watch quit charging after 3.5 weeks of wear

Loved the watch while it worked. While on vacation, the last week it could be returned to Amazon, it quit charging. By the time I returned home, it was no longer returnable (passed the 30-day window). Calls to Amazon for help–robo response, repeatedly said no return so I’m SOL. Maybe I just got a defective item but I could not get any response about defect. Just no return. I wouldn’t recommend purchasing this product.

DO NOT click on the QR code in the instructions! It will charge your Google play account with frivolous charges causing a fraud alert on the payment type you use. I suggest you download it directly from your app store. The app to run the watch is terrible. The description shows a lot if watch faces but the app will not download them. It is difficult to set up. Can’t get the weather to work. Texts are text only and do not show emojis if received. Can’t get the phonebook to load. The watch has a lot of features but setting them to work is another thing altogether. The watch seems to be ok but without an adequate app to set it or run it a user may want to think twice about ordering. Will update this review as the watch is used more.

First let me say this is a very lightweight watch which i like. Its easy to set up and to pair with a samsung s22
Downoad the app. There are a few u tube videos out there that shows u how to set up your exercise regime for it to monitor. Like the heart rate monitor!! Also works great to make and receive phone calls. Think this is as good or even better than a galaxy smart watch!! Only thing i wish it had is either a usb c or wireless charger. This has a proprietary charging cable that plugs into any usb a port

I like the watch because it can receive & makes calls & also receive messages. What I don’t like is that the sleep monitor doesnt monitor my sleep. Also not all of my contacts show when I’m trying to sync them, I’ve tried disconnecting the watch from my phone and I’ve also done a factory rest on the phone and still the same, but the rest of the stuff works. So overall like the watch because of the receiving/answering calls and receiving messages, it’s what I basically got it for.

LIKED: you can talk on a call thru watch (but not a big deal for me) and has voice command feature (i probably never would have used it but cool) … DISLIKED: No notifications from phone calendar alerts (very big deal for me) ; custom face only shows the pic you set, the time, and # of steps (no title) only – so No date shown, weather, heart rate, etc & wasn’t compatible with Facer ; wouldn’t sync my favorite contacts (limited to 100 numbers) but caller id name showed when called so its ok i guess ; if media sounds set to play from watch, media will not play on phone (optional feature) but that is annoying when you scrolling social media without watch on ; uses 24mm for spring bar but i needed 20mm (so i wouldn’t have to replace all my bands from prev watch)
