After a few days of extensive searching and reading reviews on many other totes, I settled on this one (in black) as a gift for one of my employees.

To start, the bag is beautiful and well-structured. It arrived carefully packaged and I was impressed at how nice it looked in person.

There is plenty of room for a 15.6” laptop, notebooks, portfolio and more, without feeling too big. The bag appears to be well made and looks expensive.

i ordered this bag to use during my fellowship this past summer, and this bag was a game-changer. beautiful, durable, and so professional looking! it has SO much space, and i LOVE the water bottle holders inside!! having these freed up my hands so much more while getting from my car into the building, and while walking out and about in indy while visiting our corporate partners.

i would 10/10 recommend, but i really wish the strap hadn’t broken. it broke where the metal clip connects to the strap, so there was no possible way for me to try to fix it 🙁 i wanted to contact the seller directly, but i don’t know how to do that without going through amazon customer service and them telling me i’d need to return the whole thing. i just need another strap🙁 everything else is perfect!!

the first photo is me with my former research students prior to graduating while i went back up to visit. you can see the black strap on my shoulder, and it is connected to the bag (since i love it and won’t stop using it lol), but it is not the one the bag came with. it is a random strap i found lying around. it is much thinner, so it digs into my shoulder much more since my bag is so heavy :/

I’m still debating on if I want to return it for a refund.
I got it to match my luggage. It doesn’t but it’s still very nice. It’s made nicely. I really can’t say anything bad about it other than, again, with the other bag I got from Amazon. It looked like it had a lot of space vs than what it does.
It’s for a 15.6 laptop. Mine’s 14. It’s tight and it’s hard to close because the laptop is touching the zipper.
I have a case on my laptop as most should. It has nice slots to put other things in it, but I really am not able to other than my phone and the wires and that is even harder to close.
So, IDK, I have another laptop bag that’s bigger and it’s nice. But, this 1 is lighter and you can actually put in on your shoulder, or use the strap. With mine you can’t. If I keep it, I may just use it to go to Starbucks and not zipper it shut so I can put my cards and phone in it along with the wires.
But we’ll see. It’s very cute and I love the little bow.
Now, I’m weak, so this may be a weak person’s issue. It took a lot for me to open the gold latch the bow is on, to put it on the bag. LOL Again, I’m weak, so it could just be me and tbh, that’s good it was hard in away because you know, it’s not going to easily come off.
I have time to think about it. I’m going to try it out this week and see. If I keep it, I’ll update.
