Can I use two Boyalink sets concurrently, or will they interfere? Can 4 mics (from 2 sets) be paired with 1 receiver?

Yes, two systems can be used concurrently, just make sure the receiver is 17 feet away from another. It only allows two transmitters to one receiver. If you have need of 4 transmitters using together, we suggest use them with SR-AX100 audio mixer.

Can i plug an external lavalier microphone to the transmitter?

It doesn’t support external lavalier microphone to transmitter. We have another model BOYAMIC can connect external lavalier microphone.

What should i do lf there is no sound from the unit or no sound when connected to an external device?

1. Make sure the adapter on the receiver is well connected to your device or remove the adapter and wipe the charging contacts with a clean cloth.

2. Make sure the mic gain is not turned to minimum.

3. Make sure the unit is not muted.

Current noise or other abnormal noise appears during monitoring?

Make sure there is no interference near the unit. If the noise still exists after changing the unit’s position, please contact seller.

Unable to charge the transmitter(s) or receiver via the charging case?

1. Make sure charging contacts of both are in full contact. Wipe the charging contacts with a clean cloth and try again.

2. Press TX/RX placed in charging box to check whether in charging state. lf TX or RX still failed to charge, pls contact seller.
