I have had this watch less than a month. From the time I bought it, it had difficulty maintaining a connection to my phone. Also, I always had to perform a “reset” on the phone app in order to access the watch face options. This was annoying. In addition, it’s various functions like blood sugar, heart rate, and blood pressure are so inaccurate that they are essentially useless. The band is hard to get on and off. It’s a little short, even for an average size wrist. On the positive side, it’s a nice looking watch. The battery life is ok but not as good as advertised. I like the menu system. I like the one-button operation. Unfortunately, the watch is now completely dysfunctional. It won’t connect to my phone after dozens of attempts. I can’t bring up the menu on the watch and the watch won’t respond to the shut down feature to restart. It’s stuck in limbo. . . .essentially frozen. I had a Fitbit for 2.5 years. It was much more reliable and accurate . . . .and a lot more expensive. Eventually, the Fitbit gave out so I tried something more affordable. Thumbs-up for the Fitbit, thumbs-down for this one.
